Just a typical Sunday for me here. Playing Domestic Goddess and cutting my art for my layout for my CT project. Though I am not happy with how they printed. Think my printer is going a wee bit funky on me. So I am going to hunt for one that prints 12x12 ;)

I have some awesome ideas for Christmas project! I think next weekend is going to be the time to get in there and lock my craft room door!

Behind on somethings due to my poor puppy (ok he is over 6 but still a puppy to me lol) got real sick ad it was awful. Vet visits etc, high bills from it. But I am happy to report he is his old self again!! Thank God!!
So he had taken quite a bit of my time. But I didn't mind as long as he got well. So his mama got him better!!

What a crisp day here in Northern California today! All nicely bundled up for this chill. At work and inbetween work and such I am makign our yearly Christmas cards we use by recycling previous years cards and print outs. All these cards go to the retirement centers so our elderly are not left out this time of the year. Sad but so true as I have seen first hand so many seniors just tossed in these places only to be forgotten. No one should feel left out, not our seniors and especially not around the holidays! There was a time when the respect held to our seniors was so high only to be taken for granted of as time goes by. So I do my little part to bring a smile to ones face that they are not forgotten and wish them a joyous holiday.

I will be posting pics of some of the cards I have created but want to remind everyone to please please do not forget our seniors! Make some cards and drop them off for the ones who may not get many or none at all. Makes a treat platter and bring it down to a retirement center. Something, anything is such a blessing to receive!!

Another great work week ahead!

Well I should be heading off to bed since this is going to be just a lovely lovely week at work. With all our grand releases, update and enhancements I am sure something will break and go very wrong. Not being negative. Just stating facts when this happens. It always does. But I can not really complain (ok I can but lol) as I am employed full time here for over 10 years at a perm. level. So I am grateful I can complain about my job. As it could be ever so much worse. I am not one of the statistics and hope I do not have to be either.

I am just so ready for a change. Change of positions, change of home, change of location. I do not know. I only know is I am ready and my sweetest husband is ready too!

So this week I will be working on my crafts. Since it has been over a month since I have even attempted anything. I had to get a lot of things out of my way and taken care of and I did. So now I have the time, the ambition and the drive.

I am going to work on my NBC Tree. That's Nightmare Before Christmas lol. I got a black small tree over a year ago on clearance in Khols so this is prefect for the tree. Got my prints all printed to start working on it.

Plus I get to start work on my CT Team project!! This has been the best part of my week. Being accepted to be on the CT (Design Team) for Diva Designz!!!It truly is honor and I cannot wait to dive in to creating for them!! So go there and shop shop shop! The deals are outrageous and a HUGE sale is going on now.

Ok, So I am done rambling and off to bed!
